Recipe for Fish Tikka Boti
Ingredients
- Fish fillet cubes 1/2 kg
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garlic & ginger paste 01 tbsp
- Yogurt cream 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 01 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- Saffron color as required
- Oil 1/2 cup.
- Bamboo skewers as required
Cooking Directions
Take the fish fillets and cut them into 1 inch cubes.
Marinated with Salt & pepper, garlic & ginger paste, lemon juice, yogurt, cream, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masla powder, zafaran color, and oil.
Leave it for rest for 1/2 hours.
Soak the bamboo skewers into the water for some time, so they don’t get burnt during grilling.
Now start putting marinated fish cubes into the wet bamboo skewers one by , about 04 no’s cubes into one skewer.
Grill them on charcoal or grill pan, grillm it from both sides, when they turn into golden color, remove it from the grill.
Serve it with green salad & Nan bread.
