Recipe for Beef Tikka Fillet
Ingredients
- Beef under cut ½ kg
- Curd 125 gram
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tbsp
- Whole spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1
Cooking Directions
Cut the beef in fillet and hammer them.
In a bowl combine all the spices and mix well.
When paste is ready, add fillet into it and leave to marinate.
Grill the fillet till golden brown from both sides.
Takeout in a platter, garnish with lemon and coriander.
Serve hot with salad, garlic sauce and pori paratha.
