Recipe for Lacha Kabab
Ingredients
- Undercut Beef boti 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 15 (grinded)
- Button red chilies 12 (whole)
- White cumin 1 tbsp heaped (whole)
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp heaped
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves ½ cup (chopped)
- Green chilies 6 (chopped)
- Eggs 2 - 3
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Directions
Boil undercut beef with 4 cups of water, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, whole button red chilies, white cumin and salt.
Cook till beef tender and water dries completely.
Cool and chopper.
Remove the chopper mixture in a bowl.
Add in corn flour, all spice, coriander leaves and green chilies and egg.
Mix all very well.
Give smoke of coal make into long kababs and deep fry.
