Recipe for White Beef Roll
Ingredients
- To prepare Paratha:
- Flour ½ kg
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
- For filling:
- Beef Undercut ½ kg
- Onion paste ½ cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Hot chili sauce ½ cup
- Onion 2
- Salad leaves 2-3
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt as required
Cooking Directions
For paratha:
In a bowl add ½ kg white flour, salt to taste, ½ cu clarified butter and water as required to mix and knead till it turn soft dough.
Then make balls from dough and roll it with rolling pin and fry it and put it on a side.
For Filling:
Heat 3 to 4 tbsp oil in a pan and fry 1 tbsp garlic paste with ½ cup onion paste.
Then add ½ kg beef and cook till it changes its color.
Then add 1 cup yogurt, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 5 to 6 green chilies and salt to taste to cook.
Then add as required water to cook till meat tender.
Then give coal smoke.
Now place paratha, chili sauce, onion and beef batter in center and place salad leave to roll and serve.
