Recipe for Malai Seekh Kebab
Ingredients
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Onions 2
- Green chillies 6
- Garlic cloves 6
- Ginger piece 1
- Coconut (crushed) 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Nutmeg and mace 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
In a chopper add beef, then add onions, green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, chopped coconut, red chilli powder, all spice powder, cumin seed, nutmeg, mace and salt, chop well.
Take our in a bowl and add egg, cream, and yogurt to the minced meat.
Mix well with your hands and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Fix the meat on the skewers and barbecue it, till golden.
Or heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until light brown.
Malai seekh kebab are ready, serve hot with chutney
