Recipe for Chappli kebab
Ingredients
- mutton or beef mince (keema) —1 kilogram
- green chillies finely chopped — 3
- chopped coriander —1 bunch
- original corn flour —2 tbls
- coriander seed (half crushed) —2 Spoon
- salt as per test
- dried pomegranate seed (Anar dana) —1 tspn
- ginger & garlic paste —1tbls
- red chilli powder —1tbls
- tomatoes —1 piece
- onions —-2 peices
- slightly beaten egg —1
Cooking Directions
mix all the Spices (Masalajaat) and Ingredients along with mince.
Add them together well and make palm size cutlet.
Take five tbls of Cooking Oil, pour it on frying pan and heat up well.
Fry the kebabs on medium or low heat/Flame.
Each side of kebab should be Cook for three to four minutes.
Serve the hot kebab with raita or green chutney.
