Recipe for Italian Trifle

Ingredients

  • Stick biscuit 300 gm
  • Fresh fruit 200 gm
  • Jelly 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Dry fruit as required
  • Butter as required

Cooking Directions

For custard take 1/2 litre milk and cook with 1 cup sugar to dissolve.

Then add 1 cup cream to mix. In 1 cup water dissolve custard and pour slowly in milk and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

When milk turns thick, cool it. Custard is ready. In a bowl, place a layer of 300 gm of cookies and put butter to grease.

Now add 1/2 custard, then fresh cream and fresh fruit pieces.

Then again place the same layers and garnish it with cream and dry fruit and serve.
