Recipe for Saffron Kulfi
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (full Cream)
- 2 pinch Saffron
- 1/2 tbsp Green Cardamom powder
- 30 Almonds grated
- 6 tbsps Sugar
- 3 tbsps Grated Pista
Cooking Directions
In a pan boil milk to reduced to 1/4th of the original quantity.
Add saffron to milk while boiling. Let it cool.
Add sugar in it, Mix it thoroughly.
Add green cardamom powder and Pista in it.
Put milk mixture into Kulfi Moulds.
Put moulds in freezer and allow the kulfi to set in the freezer.
Serve
