Recipe for Anday Ka Halwa
Ingredients
- Egg 6
- Milk 2 Cups
- Pure Banaspati
- Sugar
- Cardamom Beans 1 tsp
- Samolina (suji) 2 Tbsp
Cooking Directions
Blend eggs, milk and sugar together.
Heat ghee and add ilaichi ke daanay, when they pop up.
Add the liquid og eggs milk and dugar with sooji in it.
Cook it for 15-25 minutes until it becomes as soft as a cooked cake batter.
Serve with your favourite dry fruits or nuts.
