Recipe for Carrot And Custard Pudding
Ingredients
- Carrots ½ kg
- Sugar1 cup
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Condensed Milk ½ tin
- Rafhan Vanilla Custard 2-3 tbsp
- Chopped Almonds15
- Chopped walnuts ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Grate ½ kg carrots and add in 1 liter fresh milk and 1 cup sugar. Let it cook . when the sugar dissolve .
Then add in custard powder in the cold milk and put it in the pan. Keep stirring the pan.
When the mixture thickens add in chopped walnuts and cool it. In the end, add in almonds, pistachio, cool it and serve.
