• Tempered chocolate 8 ounces
• Almond (roasted) 8 ounces

Temper the chocolate.

In a bowl, combine chocolate and almonds. Stir thoroughly with a rubber spatula to coat almonds completely.

With a tsp, top 1 inch mounds on the prepared pans and leave to set.

For a different look, drop the clusters into pleated paper cup.

If it is warm in the room, refrigerate the cluster briefly.
