Recipe for Kuchla Pasanda
Ingredients
- Beef pasanday ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Almonds 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 cup finely chopped
- Oil ½ cup
- Tomatoes 2 chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
Cooking Directions
Marinate pasandas with salt, chili powder, allspice, ginger garlic, roasted and grind coconut, poppy seeds and almonds.
Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Heat oil fry onion transparent and add in marinated pasanda.
Fry cook till done. Add chopped tomatoes, fry well.
Lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies.
