Recipe for Qeema Daal Pulao
Ingredients
- Rice½ kg
- Gram lentils Boiled1 cup
- Chicken Mince½ kg
- Onion2
- Tomatoes250 gm
- Coriander leaves½ bunch
- Green chilies50 gm
- Plum50 gm
- Turmeric1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- Mix whole spice1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper2 tsp
- Salt2 tsp
- Oil½ cup
Cooking Directions
Heat ½ cup oil, add 2 chopped onion and fry till brown.
Now add 1 tbsp mix whole spice, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ kg mince, 50 gm plum, 2 tsp crushed red pepper and 250 gm chopped tomatoes.
Fry well. Add 1 cup boiled gram lentils.
Also add ½ kg soaked rice and 1 glass of water.
Cook till it comes to a boil. Now add 50 gm chopped green chilies and ½ bunch of chopped coriander leaves.
Simmer on low flame for 15 minutes.
Dish it out and serve hot.
