Recipe for Jungli Karahi
Ingredients
- Prawns 250 gm
- Fish 250 gm
- Chicken boneless 250 gm
- Tomatoes 5 to 6
- Fresh chillies 8 to 10
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves ½ bunches
- Ghee or oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Cut the fish and chicken into small pieces, put these pieces in a bowl, add garlic ginger paste, salt, corn flour and mix well.
Put this mixture in oil and let it fry.
Similarly apply salt on the prawns and fry them separately, take them out and keep aside.
Take oil in a karahi, put tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, salt, garlic ginger paste and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, and add fried chicken, fish and prawns in it.
Put red chili, black pepper, cumin and saute, when the oil is visible then drain, sprinkle coriander and green chillies.
Junglee karahi is ready.
