• ¾ cup ghee or 150 g
• 1½ cups plain flour or 210 g
• 3 cups dried dates or 750 g, seeded and finely chopped
• ½ tablespoon ground cardamom
• ½ tin Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk or 200 g

Heat ghee in a large pot.

Add flour and stir over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until the mixture is light golden brown.

Remove flour from heat, add chopped dates and mash well with a wooden spoon.

Add cardamom pods and Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir until well combined.

Spoon on a serving dish and serve.
