Recipe for Peach Fluffy Cups
Ingredients
- Fruit Cake 1
- Eggs 6
- Peaches 1 – 2
- Icing sugar 1 cup
- Strawberry syrup 2 cups
- Cream 3 cups
- Round biscuits as required
Cooking Directions
Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
In a pan cook egg yolks with cream for 2 minutes.
Now in a bowl beat together egg whites, cream and icing sugar till mixture fluffy.
Now in muffins cups, put a fruit cake piece.
Pour some egg white mixture, top with egg yolks mixture.
Put round biscuit on top.
Lastly garnish with strawberry syrup and peaches.
Put in fridge and serve chilled.
