Recipe for Mutton Malai
Ingredients
- Mutton 1 kg
- Cream 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Fried onions 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts 4 tbsp (crushed)
- Sambal oelek 4 tbsp
- Green chilli paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)
Cooking Directions
In a pan add meat, ginger & garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, green chili sauce, water 3 glass, wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender.
Heat oil add the fried onions, yogurt mix and cook on high flame till the yogurt dries.
Then add cashew nuts, nutmeg, sambal oelek mix well, now add the cooked meat with the stock, cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
Now add cream, cheddar cheese, green chili mix well and cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot with naan.
