Recipe for Paneer Pakora
Ingredients
- 250gms Paneer
- 3tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
- 1/2tsp Dry mango powder (Amchur)
- Red chili powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala to garnish
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Cut the paneer into thick cubes.
Sprinkle little salt, chili powder and dry mango powder on the paneer cubes.
In a bowl add gram flour, salt, chili powder and by mixing water form a thick batter.
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Dip each paneer piece into the batter and deep fry in heated oil till golden brown on medium flame.
Sprinkle little chaat masala on pakoras.
Serve hot with Green Chutney
