Recipe for Muthi Kabab
Ingredients
- Mince 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves as required (chopped)
- Green chilies 2 – 3 (chopped)
- Tomato 1 medium (chopped)
- Mint leaves as required
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Red pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
- Pomegranate seeds ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Gram flour 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Oil for fry
Cooking Directions
In a bowl mix together mince, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, tomato, mint leaves, salt, chaat masala, red pepper, pomegranate seeds, cumin seed, egg and gram flour.
Mix well.
Take a little mince mixture in your hand, press well.
Then deep fry till golden brown.
Remove on a platter and serve with any dip.
