• 1 tin evaporated milk
• 20 dates
• 2 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp sugar

Remove seeds from dates and Soak it in evaporated milk for overnight.

Liquidise all the ingredients in a bowel and bake in the oven for two hours. Decorate with roasted almonds.
