Recipe for Spicy Mughlai Pasanday Mutton Or Beaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1 cup curd
- 2½ tsps ginger/garlic paste
- ½ kg mutton/beef, sliced like pasande
- 2 tbsp almond and cashew nut powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp all spice powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut powder
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- Few ground green cardamoms
- For garnishing
- Mint leaves
- Lemon juice
- Few green chillies
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Heat oil and add fried onions, simmer for a while and add all the ingredients one by one including the meat.
Cook for a while and cover the pan. Simmer until the meat is tender.
Dish out and garnish with mint leaves, green chillies and lemon juice.
