Recipe for Liver Kabab
Ingredients
- 1 kg Liver
- 2 pieces cinnamon
- 2garlic
- 2 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 200 gm Butter
- 2 tbsp coriander Powder
- 10 cloves
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 125 ml Curd
- Salt as required
Cooking Directions
Cut the liver into 2 inch pieces and wash it with clean water.
Grind garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and coriander powder altogether to paste. Add it with curd.
Add salt and pepper powder and stir. Soak liver pieces in
this mix.
After an hour fix the liver pieces with "skewers" and burn on coal fir. Then apply melt butter on liver pieces. Burn for 10 minutes and use.
