Recipe for Mutton Roast
Ingredients
- 1 ½ kilo Mutton
- 4 Lemons Juice
- 2 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder (Kaali Mirch Powder)
- to taste Salt
- 3 tbsps Cooking Oil
- Chopped Onions
- Sliced Beans (Half Boiled)
- French Fires
- Cauliflower (Half Boiled)
- Green Leaves (Pudina & Daniya)
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
Cooking Directions
Mix the mutton mix all of the ingredients (except the oil) and leave it to marinade for about 1 ½ hours.
Put the Mutton in a big pot and cover. Let it cook until all of the juice dries up.
Add the oil to it & cook on slow flame till the mutton became tender
Serve it on a plate or dish garnished with Green Beans, Cauliflower and French Fires
