Recipe for Afghani tikkay
Ingredients
- Meat Boneless —1 kg
- Pepper, coriander —as required
- Ghee —125 grams
- Salt —as required
- Onion —125 grams
- Potato — half kg
- Tomato—half kg
- Ginger—50 grams
Cooking Directions
Prepare cubical shapes of meat
mix ginger, coriander, & fry then
add water to tenderized the meat.
Cut tomatoes & onion into 6 pieces.
Boil the Potatoes and prepare small cubes
When meat is tender then mix all the ingredients
and cook on very low heat. It will double the joy.
