• Chicken breasts – ½ kg (cut in square shape and ponder)
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Paprika powder – ½ tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• White pepper – ½ tsp
• Flour – 3 tbsp
• Baking powder – ½ tsp
• Eggs – 1 (lightly beaten)
• Chilled water – as required
• Bread crumbs – as required
• Oil – for frying

It’s very simple and easiest recipe which you can try at home with you kids or friends.

So here we first take a bowl, add beaten eggs, corn flour, oil, flour, paprika powder, Soya sauce, baking powder, white pepper and salt, make paste with chilled water.

Now dip chicken in egg mixture and leave for 10 minutes.

Then roll in bread crumbs, deep fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with fries and ketchup.
