• ½ kg beef
• 1 tbsp papaya
• 1 egg
• 6 green chilies
• 6 garlic cloves
• ½ cup fried onion
• ½ cup cream
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp crushed red chili
• Oil as required

In a food processor chop together 1/2 kg beef ,1 tbs raw papay, 6 green chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper,1/2 cup fried onions, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp crushed red pepper.

Put the minced meat in a bowl add 1/2 cup cream and 1 beaten egg.

Shape into kebabs and shallow fry.
