Recipe for CHICKEN RESHMI KEBABS
Ingredients
- 1 kilo Chicken boneless
- 1 Onion
- 8 Green chilies chopped
- few stems Green coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 6 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 2 tsps salt
- 4 tbsps Cream
- oil for shallow fry
- 2 tsps corn flour
Cooking Directions
Grind the garlic, ginger, onion to a paste in a food processor.
Add small chicken pieces and blend them.
Now add red chili powder, green chilies, green coriander salt and white pepper powder, and then blend again.
Mix cream in it with hands and marinate it for at least 2 hours.
Before putting them on skewers, add corn flour.
Skewers should be dip in water before use.
Now make round shaped balls and put the skewer in it, shape them like seikh kebabs.
Shallow fry then in a pan. Turn the kebabs frequently until evenly cooked and give color it nice brown.
Serve with green chtney or green raita. It tastes good with chili garlic sauce as well
