• 1 cup broccoli(cut in small pieces)
• 30 grams plain flour
• 300 grams boiled penne
• 5 tbsps butter
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup cheddar, shredded
• 2 tsps wholegrain mustard
• to taste Salt

Boil broccoli until tender. Drain well Heat butter in a pan and stir in flour. Cook for a min, then gradually add the milk, whisk well.

Bring to a boil, stirring, add mustard, half cheese and seasoning.

Mix boiled pasta and broccoli into the sauce and layered into an ovenproof dish.

Place into the hot oven until golden brown on top
Serve hot
