Recipe for SPICY BOTI TIKKA
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo beef
- 1 tbsp papaya paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tbsps lemon juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsps oil
- 1/2 tsp all spice powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili, crushed
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, crushed
- pinch saffron
- to taste salt
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
- pinch ground nutmeg
Cooking Directions
In a small bowl, add together plain yogurt, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, black pepper, turmeric, red chili , crushed red chili, all spice, cumin seeds, coriander seeds nut meg, lemon juice, saffron, salt and oil.
Pour this mixture over the beef pieces. Mix well.
Place it in a refrigerator for 5 hours.
Preheat oven to 150 degree. Put marinated beef in a baking tray.
Bake until beef is tender Serve hot
