• 2 Small chicken with skin
• 2-3 Fresh red chilli
• 4-5 cloves Garlic
• 1 medium size Ginger
• ¼ bunch Coriander
• 1 tsp Black pepper powder
• few Curry leaves
• 2 tsps Soya sauce
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup Coconut milk
• to taste Salt

Blend 4-5 cloves of garlic, 1tsp red chili powder, along with 1tsp of soya sauce and ¼ bunch of coriander in a blender.

In it add 1tsp black pepper and salt according to the requirement.

Include a little water to make it a smooth paste.

Then apply this paste to the chicken.

Stuff the chicken with 2 chopped spring onion, sliced garlic, few coriander leaves and 1tsp lemon juice.

Add ½ cup of coconut milk on this chicken.

Fill up the baking dish with water and put the chicken plate in it.

Bake it in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C.

Add a small amount of coconut milk on the chick and dust little sesame oil over it.

After it bake the chicken for just few minutes, when it turns golden brown.

Take out from oven and serve this baby cook chicken with rice or naan and raita.
