Recipe for REDISH CHUTNEY
Ingredients
- 15 Red chilies
- 3 tbsps garlic
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 cup Tamarind paste(thick)
- to taste Salt
- 2 tsps jaggery
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsps Lemon juice
Cooking Directions
Soak red chilies overnight. In a blender add soaked chilies, garlic, tomato ketchup, tamarind juice, jigger, salt , lemon juice and cumin seeds and blend well Use as required
