Recipe for GARLIC CHUTNEY
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Tamarind pulp
- 2 cups Grated coconut
- 22 Red chilies
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Directions
In a pan heat oil and saute’ garlic and coconut.
Grind the tamarind pulp, red roasted chilies and saute’ paste.
Add salt and grind them together to a fine paste.
