Recipe for Onion Chutney
Ingredients
- Peeled Onions :-1 cup
- Garlic :- 6-7 flakes
- Bengal gram (Channa daal) :- 2 tbsp
- Red chilies :- 5 or as taste
- Salt :- as taste
- Mustard seeds :- 1 tsp
- Curry leaves :- handful
- Tamarind (imli):- little
Cooking Directions
Take oil and fry daal, chili, onions and garlic once the oil is heated up.
Grind the whole thing with salt and tamarind
Curry leaves and mustard sees needs to be spluttered in oil and then later poured on top of the mixture.
It can be served with paratha and puri.
