• 1/2 kilo Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar
• 2 tsps Minced ginger
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tbsp Crushed chilies
• to taste Salt
• 3 tbsp oil
• 3 tbsp Vinegar

Blend tomatoes to make a fine puree

Heat oil in a pan and add puree it till water dries completely

Add oregano, minced ginger, brown sugar,salt,crushed chilies and vinegar

Cook for five minutes. Use it as required
