Recipe for SPICY RED KIDNEY BEANS FRITTERS
Ingredients
- 200 grams Red Kidney Beans (boiled)
- 1 crushed ginger
- 6 Green Chilli
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 5 tbsps Chat Masala
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp cornflour
- to taste salt
- 3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander
- 2 cups Oil
Cooking Directions
Mash boiled Red Kidney Beans. Add remaining ingredients, except oil and knead to make a dough.
Divide mixture in tablespoon quenelles and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on a clean kitchen paper.
Sprinkle cumin powder, a little salt and chat masala powder on the fritters.
Serve these fitters with tamarind chutney and minted yoghurt.
