Recipe for Pineapple Salsa Canapes

- Mayonnaise or cream cheese spread as required
- For Salas:
- Pineapple 1/4 cup (roughly chopped)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Tomato 1 (chopped)
- Capsicum ½ (diced)
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves or cilantro
- Chaat masala ¼ tsp
Cooking Directions
Mix together all salsa ingredients.
Spread evenly mayonnaise or cheese spread on crackers.
Top with pineapple salsa.
Serve.
