Recipe for Dahi Ka Keema
Ingredients
- Lamb mince 1 kg
- Ghee 3/4cup
- Garam masala (whole)
- Green cardamom 5
- Black cardamom 1
- Cloves 5
- Cinnamon 1 stick 1 inch
- Bay leaves 1
- Mace (pinch)
- Onion 1 1/4cup
- Chilies pd 2 tsp
- Cinnamon pd 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Oil to fry
- Ginger paste 4 tsp
- Curd 1 1/2cup
- Clove pd 1/4tsp
- Garlic paste 4 tsp
Cooking Directions
Heat ghee in pan; add whole garam masala and sauté over medium heat until it begins to crackle, add onions, sauté until brown.
Stir for second, add red chilies and stir for 2 mins then add mince and bhuno until dry and the liquid has evaporated.
Now add the spices in the curd and bring to a boil.
Cover, let it simmer until the meat is cooked and then just add the seasoning.
Sprinkle, half of the coriander and green chilies, stir remove to a dish garnish with the remaining coriander and green chilies.
