• 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
• 2 big tbsps of corn flour / a bread slice
• 1 tbsp maida
• 1 tsp gram flour
• Salt to taste
• '' tsp chilli powder
• Pinch of soda
• Oil for frying
• Manchurian Recipe Ingredients:
• 1 Capsicum (sliced thin)
• 1 onion (sliced thin)
• Pinch of pepper
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp tomato sauce
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• Salt (optional)
• 1 tsp oil

Combine all the flour with chilli powder, salt and soda. Prepare a thick batter.

Dip the boiled sweet corn in the batter and fry till golden brown.

In a separate pan, saute the chopped vegetables with ginger, pepper, tomato and soya sauce.

Add the fried sweet corn balls in the manchurian sauce and stir for a few minutes.

Tasty american sweet corn manchurian is ready. Enjoy the dish hot.
