Recipe for Walnut Honey Ice-Cream

Ingredients

  • Fresh cream 1 pound
  • Walnut (Roughly Chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 200 g
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Coco-powder 1 tea spoon
  • Egg 4

Cooking Directions

Take a box with lid and brush the surfaces of box with honey.

Then put walnuts inside, which will stick to the surfaces of the box.

Take a bowl & a beater, both must be dry.

Put 4 finely separated egg whites in the bowl.

Beat the egg whites to the stiff point (don’t stiffen too much).

Now beat the cream in a separate bowl (don’t stiffen it).

Put 1 tsp coco-powder, 2 tbsp honey & 200 g condensed milk in cream.

Then put quarter cup walnuts in the above mixture & mix.

Pour the cream-mixture on egg white.

Caution: Never put egg white on cream-mixture!

Beat the mixture for a few seconds.

Put that mixture in the prepared box.

Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on the upper surface.

Then air tight the box with its lid.

Now put it in freezer for 3-4 hours to let it freeze.

You can scoop out the ice cream or cut it in slices & serve.
