Recipe for Crunchy Mango ice cream
Ingredients
- Milk ½ kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Mango pulp 2 cups
- Cream 2 cups
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Sugar ( for crunch) ½ cup
- Mango slices for garnishing
Cooking Directions
Mix cornflour in milk and cook for a while.
Put sugar , mango pulp and cream in a bowl. Mix well and then add to milk.
Add some crunch and whisk well. Take out in a bowl and refrigerate for 6hours so that it sets well.
Garnish with crunch and mango slices before serving.
To make crunch:
Put sugar and 1/3 cup water in a pot. Cook till the water dries.
When syrup starts to turn brown, take it out on a greased tray.
When it cools, crush it and use it for ice cream
