• Strawberries 250 gm
• Dairy cream 250 gm
• Condense milk ½ cup
• Strawberry jelly 1 packet
• Few drops of strawberry essence
• Sugar ½ cup
• Almonds 10 grams
• Icing sugar 1 tbsp
• Gelatin powder 2 tsp.

In a frying pan, cook sugar until it caramelizes.

Grease a silver platter and pour a layer of caramel at the base along with almonds.

When the caramel crystallizes crush it.

In a bowl, add dairy cream, dissolved gelatin powder in water, condense milk and strawberry jelly.

Beat properly.

Slice the strawberries and sprinkle icing sugar on top.

On a serving platter, place the strawberries, spread a layer of beaten cream and top with crushed caramel.

Freeze for half an hour.
