Recipe for Watermelon Ice-cream
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon chunks,
- seeds removed,
- 5 tbsp sugar, 6 tbsp heavy cream,
- 2 tbsp rose syrup.
Cooking Directions
Combine the watermelon and sugar and blend in a mixer till smooth.
Whisk the cream and mix with watermelon. Transfer to the kulfi moulds.
Add a stick to each mould and chill over night.Demould, pour rose syrup on top and serve immediately.
