Recipe for Thai Red Curry
Ingredients
- Chicken pieces 500 grams
- Coconut milk 100 grams
- Lemon ( juice and rind) 1
- Garlic 3
- Fresh red chillies (chopped) 3
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Lemon grass 2 tbsp
- Ginger ( finely cut ) 2 tbsp
- Onion ( finely cut ) 3 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender except oil, coconut milk and chicken.
Heat oil in a pot and fry mixture till it gives off aroma.
Add coconut milk and cook 5 minutes, put chicken and cook till tender.
Serve Thai Red Curry with rice
