Recipe for White Kidney Beans Curry

- White kidney beans (boiled) 250 grams
- Tomato Puree 1 Cup
- Onion (finely cut) 1
- Bay Leaf 1
- Fresh red chillies with vinegar 4
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Lemon grass 1tsp
- Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
- Parsley 1 tsp
- Thyme ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Cook tomato puree, onion, garlic, salt, paprika, thyme and lemon grass in a pot.
Once the water dries, add oil.
Add kidney beans; cook for 5 minutes on low flame and remove.
Serve with red chillies and parsley.
