Recipe for Rice With Vermicelli
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Australian rice
- 1/2 cup vermicelli
- 3 1/2 cup boiled water
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Heat butter in a pan and add rice.
Stir the rice for 2 minutes (until it turns transparent). Add the vermicelli and stir for 2 minutes on low heat.**
Add the boiled water on the rice. Add salt and stir, letting it boil. Reduce heat to the minimum and cover till water evaporates. Serve hot.
