Recipe for Corn Samosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
- 2 big spoon refined oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt as per requirement
- 1 tsp MTR garam masala powder
- 1 tsp MTR chilli powder
- oil for frying
- For Filling:
- 3 boiled & mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup sweet corn (cooked)
- 2 big spoon chopped spinach
- 2 tsps chopped onions
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Directions
Prepare a soft dough using maida, oil, spices and salt.
Make small balls of the dough and roll on the flour base.
Divide the circular spread equally and add the filling.
Shape them into triangles (like tortillas) and deep fry till golden brown.
Tasty cocktail starters are ready. Enjoy corn samosas with sauce.
