Recipe for chicken corn soup
Ingredients
- 4 cup chicken stock
- 3/4 cup chicken shreded
- 3 tbsp sweet corn[we can use cream corn as well]
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soyasauce
- salt totaste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1-1/2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 egg
Cooking Directions
Take pan, pour chicken stock and bring to boil...add corns then vinegar,soya sauce,salt...after 1 boil put shreded chicken and b.pepper....
pour cornflour mixture [dissolve in little amount of water] and then add beaten egg...dishout...
garnish with some corriander leaves and 1-2 drops of chilli oil/sesame oil on top...
