• Chicken(diced) 8 oz
• Shrimp 1 lb
• Scallions(chopped) 6
• Cilantro(chopped) 1/3 c
• Juice of Lime 1
• Lemon 1
• Lemon Grass 2 stalks
• Ginger 2 slices
• Straw Mushrooms 1 can
• Garlic Cloves 2
• Red Chilli(chopped) 2
• Chilli Powder 3 tsp
• Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients except chicken, chopped onions, chopped cilantro and lime juice and bring to a boil.

Let it simmer for a few minutes and add the rest of the ingredients.

Bring to a boil again. Allow it to boil for a few minutes and serve immediatly.
