Recipe for Mustard Steak
Ingredients
- Beef undercut 500 gm
- Mustard seed powder 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Thyme 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Flatten the beef undercut with the kitchen''s hammer.
Combine all the spices except oil and properly coat the beef.
Grease a grill pan, heat it and place steak on it.
Cook on low flame.
When ready, takeout in a platter, garnish and serve hot.
