Recipe for Chicken Lacha


  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Dried Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Hot spices powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Green chili 6
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Lemon juice as required

Cooking Directions

Marinate the chicken pieces with black pepper and ½ tsp salt and cook it in butter.

When the chicken tenders, cut them into strips.

Now heat up the oil.

Now cut onion and tomato in rings.

Then in the wok add onion, tomato, chicken strips, ginger garlic paste, dried pomegranate seeds, red chili, whole coriander, cumin, hot spices powder, turmeric, ½ tsp salt, green chilies and of coriander leaves.

Cover the pan and cook it for 15 minutes.

In the end turn off the stove and mix well and add lemon juice as per your requirement.
